Fly..... Mixed Media

I created this with 2 challenges in mind - Created by Hand - Insects and Wednesday Stamper - Purple & Green. It was going to be an ATC, but it ended up being about 3"x4" and I didn't want to trim it. This is my first project with alcohol inks, my first use of a "resist" stamp pad, as well as my first attempt at embossing. I had a lot of fun!

This also works great for the Melange Challenge. Since the challenge is called Fly, I just could not pass up the chance to use my piece called Fly... if you have already seen this, thanks for visiting again..

    No wonder you had fun with all these new techniques, I would too and it looks just beautiful. I would love to try the stamp resist pads, but I can't find them, I have never embossed either, so we are in the same boat, at least you tried it now and we will probably see a lot more beauty like this :)
